Welcome to Touchmark in the West Hills
Full-service retirement living in Portland, Oregon
Touchmark in the West Hills is an active-adult retirement community offering the services and amenities of a self-contained village. Set within a wooded hillside, the community occupies approximately 12 acres on a site featuring spectacular views of the West Hills. Lifestyle options include single-family homes, vineyard homes, and lodge homes with a continuum of services available, as well.
There are two large lodge buildings on the site. The first lodge contains 126 condo-style homes and four guest suites split into two wings. The second lodge building includes 138 homes with assisted living and memory care services. Enjoy peace of mind knowing you can age in place and receive the care you need, when you need it.
A majority of the site remains as open space. The balance of the open space includes a greenhouse, garden plots, sports courts, courtyards, roof terrace, amphitheater, plazas, and water features. The overall site is home to a private vineyard, extensive walking trails, and lakes.
Amenities for residents living independently are grouped in the 40,000-square-foot Clubhouse and Health & Fitness Club, located in the Clubhouse Lodge. This well-appointed center includes a pool and spa, locker rooms, clubroom, exercise room, aerobics room, certified fitness professionals, classes, towel service, and pro shop. Pickleball courts are located on-site as well.
The Clubhouse offers restaurant-style dining in multiple venues, including The Sterling Room with terrace seating, Swede Hill Public House, Charley’s, home theater/chapel, rooftop terrace with westerly views, library, business/computer center, concierge service, art galleries, game rooms, and resident storage areas.
Located just three miles west of downtown Portland, Touchmark in the West Hills offers easy access to both U.S. Highway 26 and Highway 217. Situated just east of the community is a well-developed commercial area with a grocery store, banks, dry cleaner, and restaurants.
